They never leave a message for me and hang up when I answer. If they call about a friend or relative- they are NEVER to say the friend or relative owes money. They are allowed to call you to leave a phone number or ask for better contact information. They may only say it is a business matter. If they actually say your friend or relative owes money, they are then in violation of the FDCPA- your relative may be entitled $$ for this breach of privacy. The collection agency itself will be fined by the government $1000 if it is the first time and more money on successive violations.

WE TELL HER "NO THANKS" BUT SHE CONTINUES TO HARASS US WITH HER INSISTANCE THHAT WE GIVE HER A CHANCE. WE DO NOT KNOW HOW SHE OBTAINED OUR NUMBER AS WE ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. WE WILL HAVE TO REPORT HER TO THE STATE REALTOR ASSOCIATION AND DO NOT CALL OFFICIALS. SHE IS OVERBEARING AND CRASS!

Beware anyone that gets tangled in the web of "payday loans" because this is what you get. A non-english speaking asian claiming to be in federal law enforcement calling employers past and present, co-workers, friends, and family to advise them you have taken their personal information and are being prosecuted. It's a lie. If true, they come and get you. They don't call around. "Adam"..clearly not his real name...is commiting a felony and needs to be prosecuted both criminally, and in civil court. He wants money but cant seem to tell what lender it's owed to. Do yourself a favor and stay away from payday lenders. If you need some cash that fast rob a liquor store or bank instead. The consequences would be far less painful and applied far more fairly. If Asian Adam calls, HANG UP!

this indian man keeps calling my place of employment mumbling something about FRAUD,Monies do not know how he got my SS which is very disturbing! I said I will see you in court then.. he is relentless, rude,crass, a jerk, jackass need I go on.any one who has dealt with clod knows exactly what i am talking about

i urge everybody to insist to get a refund. I had to deal with them for more than one month calling every week. Pricelimbo got my refund quickly, for fitfactory I had to call them twice and after 3 weeks I got my refund and finally with those d... acaiberry after more than one month calling them regulary finally I got my refund of 89$ today. So don't let those scamers get away with your money.

Crank caller threatening arrest for drugs

Caller never announces who they are or whose behalf they are calling. Advises Master Card account has been 'stopped' and to press 1 to reactivate. After pressing 1, recording will request to press '1' to confirm or '2' to delete. I pressed to and the recording will just repeat. Notified my back who advised no such call came from them.

They said they were from American Law associates, and called my girlfriend asking if I was there. I have not lived there for almost a year. He threatened her to tell him where I was.I do not know these people! She has gotten three phone calls in a row from them. Even though she did not give them information! Please help in this!
